It looks like he was a college kid who did it for school spirit. If you look, its got a Boise State thing in the trunk and those colors are the school colors. Things are weird in Idaho I guess. Have you ever seen a Boise State game or highlight real on ESPN? They are the ones that the astroturf on their field isnt green, its bright as blue like the color of some parts of that car.

Wouldnt be that bad on the outside if the wing was removed... and the colors were more subtle... everything orange could be black... the blue could be red.... or maybe he is a huge Florida Gators fan...
