    Quickest N/A 7G 1/4 mile time

Hey guys I'm just wondering what the quickest recorded 1/4 time is for a N/A 7th gen Galant, whether it be USDM 4G64, JDM 6A12 etc.

Would also be interested what the quickest time for any non turbo Galant is too.

    Cheers

Quickest time for any N/A Galant like you said could probably go to boostzealot's silver 8G. I'll let you know what it runs once we get it built and run it at sea level. All say one thing: it's only 1.5 seconds slower than my car :D Not going to bother posting 1/4 mile times because they don't mean crap at 4500 ft and on a crappy track.

Dukeplayas fully built SOHC 7g 5spd ran 13.52 @ 107mph. Had all the RPW parts(cam, cam gear, header), +1mm valves, was pretty beast, he had tons of money in that thing, then he tboned some old lady making a u-turn on the highway.

Yeah I would be really interested in knowing specs, what was done etc.

Reason I'm asking is I've just rebuilt my V6 MIVEC 7G and I feel it goes much better than it did before, I could easily see it doing a high 14sec 1/4 mile as it ran a 15.1 before I tore the engine down. Was just wondering there were many people who were much faster etc.

You knew I couldn't resist Warm :P , but the RPW built 7G was the fastest that I could come across.

Seth might know the most about that car that is still a current active member when Dukeplaya was still a active poster on the boards. Its been awhile..I believe 4+ years ago since. He had a built motor loaded with RPW parts and he spent a good $$$ for those RPW parts.
