2g auto TCU question

The more I look into this, the more I like the idea of using an eclipse turbo tranny to replace my bum 7g auto.

I've got one question, are there any pins on the TCU that need to be switched around for the swap to work correctly?

Wiring diagrams to compare would be amazing, but a simple "switch pin -- to where pin -- is" will work also, I can find a way to make things work.

I've always been auto, unfortunately. :( It seems all the cars I get except for Galants have been 5 speed...
