I really didn't have the room to take pics to show depth

that is the dining room with. I took the picture standing in the kitchen.

that is one side of the kitchen I am standing in the dining room

that is the other side of the kitchen. I am taking the pic from lets call it the foyer

that is one side of the living room. the wall with the table is the foyer. the wall with the tv has the frdge side of the kitchen behind it. the door on the left is a coat closet with the hot water heater in it

that is the other side of the living room. I am taking the picture from the foyer area. behind the vertical blinds is the terrace

that is another picture of the dining room. this is taken from the living room

that is the full bathroom

that is the shower area in the full bathroom

that is the 2nd bedroom. behind me is the closet. and that is a full size bed in there

that is one shot of the master bedroom. there is a window to my right, and behind me is the 1/2 bathroom, and the walkin closet

that is another angle of the master bedroom. there is a window behind the headboard of the bed

that is the walk in closet

here is the laundry room. I am taking that picture from the kitchen. and to the right just past the wall edge that you see is the front door

later on today is the home inspection. wish us luck. I will try and take some more pics today

congrats again jay, the place seems nice of course with your own touches...some paint your furniture etc it will be very nice seems like a great base though

yeah that's what I am saying. The place needs no work. We need to just do a little painting here and there, I am not going to be able to sleep in that bedroom with the salmon color on the bottom

. Just gotta wait for closing and for these people to get their stuff out and for us to get ours in

thanks. yeah. not quite sure just yet. we will have something figured out before we close. Then we can paint and all before moving furniture in

Congrats man, but dont even think about using that closet cause there wont be any space for you trust me

. There is a big walkin closet in my parents master bathroom, and its filled with my moms clothes, shoes and other crap. My father has to use another one down the hall

Pierre, yeah man I know how this is going to go.
Arron, there is plenty of parking, but no driveway and no garage. The 8G is staying at my dad's house in his garage (only 14 miles away, measured that today

). The last time we went to the condo I actually parked right in front of the terrace and today I parked right under 1 of the master bedroom windows.
Naz, nah I am TGCNY that's where my roots are. And the cars are staying registered in NY :P
oh yeah the inspection went well today. No structural damage, just a few little issues that need to be resolved.
