Equal Fender Space

I want to make the front fender space (fender and tire) equal to the rear. The one million dollar question is what spec spring can I put on the front to make the fender space even between all four wells? (front spring change only)

I installed the Progress fronts and I'm pretty damn close.. my front is like 1/4" - 1/2" lower in the front
