1G head

So finally found turbo head out of 1g. I started unbolting the turbo and shit, got everything out, but the intake manifold, got the head studs out, got the timing gears free, and it wont come out. I even gave it a couple of taps with the hammer, but its stuck. What am I missing? Thanks

The manifold has a brace that is connected from the block.
