Maybe after this winter. I am just trying to get it up and running for now, nothing fancy.

Looking into brakes right now. Probably going with GSX rotors and calipers.

Yes sir. Looking into CTS-V calipers. Found them for $94 a caliper online, refurb GSX calipers are $85 without cores. I read that the CTS-V calipers will bolt up to the stock knuckle and you can run the 13" Ford Cobra rotors with hubcentric ring. I have a few PMs out to DSMTuners who have the CTS-V calipers with brackets and 14" rotors, we will see what they say.

Can anyone(mko, John, ect) tell me the spacing between the stock caliper bracket mounts on our knuckles?

I was told this about the CTS-V claipers:
"The mount holes are exactly 4.6" apart. I used a digital micro meter. They bolt up but I'm pretty sure you gotta use a 14" rotor to be used effectively."

    [Edit]
Confirmed. CTS-V calipers are direct bolt on to our hub, you just need a 13" rotor with correct offset, bore, and thickness. Now searching for some rotor info. Was going to look at Ford Cobra 13" rotors, but they are only 28mm thick and you would have to use spacers on the pads. The CTS-V calipers require a 32mm thick rotor.

Also order new 5-lug hubs and SS lines. Saweeeeet.

Also, next on the agenda of discussion is wheel fitment.

Evo wheels are 17x8 38 offset correct? How much would 17x8 32 offset wheels stick out? Would it look bad with rolled fenders? I do not want sunken wheels, they NEED to be flush or slight poke.

I would have, but Gm is on backorder for all CTS-V calipers for a few months. I am thinking of buying a used Baer BBK from a guy for now. I may snag up some CTS-V calipers once they come in stock.

Today I got my 5-lug hubs and my rocker arms from b19wheels. Should be getting my oil pump tomorrow, and my JNZTuning order as soon as they decide to ship it haha. Going to drop off some parts for powdercoat this weekend.

Next week my wheels and tires will be here, but I will be out of town all week on business :/

So the following week, I will get a lot done on the car finally.

Winter slut for now, hopefully running by the end of the month. Then just a fun car in the spring. May do a few auto crosses, but having the BMW, it is much funner to autocross!

Also got a deal on a full Energy susp bushing kit, $65 shipped!

Evo VIII MR BBS wheels and some cheap Kumho Ecsta ASX 235/40/17 tires. Cheap all seasons, but they got good snow ratings. Probably will replace them with some summer stickies after winter.

Got my tires, hubs, and oil pump. Bled my new lifters, installed my rocker arms, and cams. Put a bunch of stuff in a box to go out to powder coat. Also pushed the Galant into the garage :)

    Some parts:

Still waiting on a few parts for the motor. Working on the rear brake swap and front brake upgrade. Ran into some issues with the Baer calipers and brackets.

A couple parts back from powdercoat. Still waiting on valve cover and calipers.
