    4s and Rotaries 08' (56k.... maybe not)

Okay, so it's that time of year, when thousands of people make the trip to my home town for the 4's and rotaries car show.

This year, there weren't too many new comers, but enough to keep the punters happy, here are a few pics from the event.

sorry about some of the angles, the aisles weren't as wide as previous years so getting a good shot was hard.

    Nice kitted RX 8

    Altezza

    Tricked out RX 7

    Civic

    Yep, this is an Integra

Evo Drag car, Lady Driven I might add

    This one is for Maz....

    VW

    VR-4

    R34 GTR

Some ugly crappy cars at first, but they got better the more I scrolled down :P

That black Evo has a sweet setup. But a big WTF goes out to the red 7g VR4 with the air filter sticking out of the bumper lol!
    7g for life!

That is actually quite common here, it gets more cold air flow that way.... though I don't know what they do when it rains

    WHY?

I don't know what to say about that RX7.....
    It's definetely different...
    Can't say I totally don't like it---can't say I like it.

That Integra has a really odd looking "face"... and I mean.. REALLY ODD. One of the most "human-like-looking" bumpers I've seen.

Civic's bumper could use some shortening, sticks out too much in my opinion.. Interior is pimping though!

And.. thats a funny looking muffler on the VW

Yea, that RX 7 is quite out there, you either like it or hate it, I couldn't get a pic of the interior, but it has clear seats, made of a plastic type substance, and has an aircraft style steering wheel...

That civic is mean, the chick who owns it is a friend of mine, her partner owns a nice as blue Series 4 RX 7 which was also in the show.

I think that RX7 is nice and unique in it's own way... but the reason why I don't quite like it is because the RX7 is my dream car. And I'm always used to seeing it with a more import look.

The cars over in NZ are pretty unique themselves!

I'd say the favorite part of the Civic are the headlights and the int.

The RX-7 is also my dream car. As soon as I get out of school I have vowed to make a 96, 97 or 98 RX-7 my first car purchase... They absolutely ruined that RX-7 though, I think that thing is hideous and I would like to set it on fire.

Lol, there are a few people that agree with you there, stupid thing is, it's not really drivable anymore either.

My first car purchase was my VR-4, I'm glad I stuck it out and waited for the G, rather than wasting my money on a turbo R32 skyline I was eyeing up.

Hmmm... some a bit fugly but there are some real nice cars as well! Ah well, show cars will always be show cars. I prefer the ones you wouldn't be embarrassed to take out cruising as well.

Sadly no, it was behind a barrier, and I couldn't get far enough around to the side :(

That was one of the major let downs, all the cars were crammed too close, so some pics were really hard to take ><

Yea, there was another 7g VR-4 there, but it wasn't really show worthy....

Single turbo conversion, but it was painted matte black, and wasn't the tidiest in the engine bay either.
