    leaking out the back?

if your car is leaking here or on the other side

    then check here: (spare tire)

what you need to do is tape up your wire harness so that no water can get in
    -double sided tape
    -then duck tape

then take some silicone and fill in the spaces: this only effects JDMs and Altezzas sometimes.
    Gap before:

    and now silicone:

wait 24-48 to do another coat.

WarmAndSCSI suggests to wrap the harness with a weather stripper. when you buy the silicone at NAPA ask for one that will break easily if you need to replace your bulbs

Means you have a bad trunk seal and water gets in your trunk and collects under the spare tire then just leaks where you are showing. Go pull that spare out and you will see.

Yes, actually. Check to make sure they're sealing well around the wiring.

Think of where water can leak through... just through the hole which the wiring passes through.

Not recommending a ghetto fix but for the time being (considering how your location gets rain a lot) try using duct tape to block the area where rain water gets into your trunk. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about:

It'll block out the water but it's only a temporary fix.

... you're still not realizing the water actually leaks through the wiring harness hole - it's the only entrance into the trunk from that area. Seal THAT up.

The caulk/ jb weld method is not recommended because there be a time when you have to remove your tails and, well, you get the picture. I was looking into those stupid chrome door molding strips to block the hole but you need to find a strip with the right width. Try searching for rubber insulation from a hardware store.

that shit must stink if it gets moldy..i had tyc before never that issue, but like warm said i had 2 sided tape covering my holes from the harness so nothing can go in.
