Seth, you want to know how to remove the inside door panel?

    Easy:
Take the screws out around the door and the one on the little dip tray in the window/lock controls. Pull that out and unhooh the wire harness
There might be a screw in the door handle, can't remember..

Pull the bottom of the door lightly until the plactic clips unhook (POP!)

Pull the door upwards and out, there are clips holding it to the window sill.

    I think that's it

ok i got my old mirror off and test fit the m3s, but it is not a direct bolt on, sorry guys. BUT i wil get them to fit. I either hafta file down the base plaste cause it it too big and use the existing holes, or file down the base plate a tad and drill new holes(which will probably work the best)

but either way they will work with some modification. they looked nice though when i had them on(only held on by one bolt and plenty of gaps)

    Stock mirror base:

    M3 Mirror base:

haha and here is why i needed new mirrors

Is the distance between the 3 holes the same on both mirrors?

I emailed Jean at ozeparts.com.au and asked the same question a few weeks ago (will any of the M3 mirrors fit on my Galant?) and her answer was a clear 'no'....

    -=*Update*=-

took apart the driverside headlight assembly and heres what i found out:

i could care less about all those pieces except for this one

looks to me like i should cut this piece up and use the metal piece that orignally connected the stock mirrors as my mounting bracket. not sure if that would work or not as that piece is kinda of thick

anybody want to buy some power mirror motors?
