well tried the accord mirrors tonight and the base is a lot larger(even bigger than the 2g base) so this Sat i am going to mod the base of the 2g mirrors to make em fit. untill then!

good news guys i was messin around with the mirrors and screwed the bottum left side into the original hole and everything lined up! (not the other holes, just the outside ) I have drill 2 new holes for the top and far right and do just a little bit of sanding cause the base is a tad too long but they will fit!

im going to install them tomorrow and then do some sanding and fine tuning this weekend but thats about it...

Up top where the base is kind of curved, i am going to sand that down so it is straight and it will flow with the trim

I am going to sand down the base here so the mirrors fit on flat

and finally i am going to sand a tad where the base and the window meet cause towards the bottum the base gets longer than what it is at the top

other than the sanding, some weather stripping and the wiring, they are done i am planning on having them both sanded and wired by Sat or Sun...

2g eclipse ones...tried to fit on the accord ones, but the 2g ones will take less modding. alls i had to do was a little sanding on the base and drill 2 holes per mirror. i have them both on now, only thing left to do is weather strip em so they dont leak, walmart was out of weather stripping otherwise that would be done too. more pictures up tomorrow...

haha thanks...the bend is custom had a shop do it for about $150 i couldnt afford the otherside, too expensive supposed to add about 50hp from aerodynamics

i dont know how that happened i tried bending it back with my foot, but it didnt work :lauging:
