Looks like its a teeny bit off to the driver side (on the top of the wing - as in towards roof)

It looks off because it doesn't look like it is bolted down. See how the top is lifted a little bit.

Dude, you know the rubber stoppers?? Unscrew those and that's one hole, go from there. You have to get it right the first time or you will mess up your trunk. If you make a mistake and drill the hole off just by little bit and the bolt wont work.
This is what I did when I installed mine.

Take 2 boxes, set one leg on one and one on the other. Outline the shape of the leg on the box. Now measure length and width with a measuring tape and transfer those measurements on the box, drill the holes you just measured in the box. Set the spoiler back on and see if the holes match, make adjustments. It's better to go thru as many boxes as it takes then make a mistake on your trunk. Once you have it right, cut on the outline and set it on your trunk. Now you know that it will fit exactly like on the box.

Let me know if you need more help.

The front one on the left you will need two holes, one is small and one is about 3/4 of and inch for the harness. Hang on, let me see If I can get good photos for you. BRB

I remember that the right side had 2 holes and the left side had 3 holes. 2 holes on each side for the bolts and one extra on the left for the 3rd stop wiring.

Yup! Here, I did my best with my phone camera. The front hole is 1" from the side of the trunk lid.

    HERE IS THE RUBBER STOPPER

HERE IS THE BOLT UNDER THE RUBBER STOPPER

    THE FRONT HOLE

THE BRAKE LIGHT HARNESS IS UNDER THE TRUNK.

In that last picture, do you see where the harness is coming out of??? I cant photograph that. The harness should have a rubber gormet on it that if you cut the hole just right, it will fit nice and tight so water doesn't get in there.
