vibrations

I am having a problem with my car, it seems to be vibrating a little too much when i put the car in gear , only when its cold and i put the ac on , i just replaced all of the mounts , the car has 90 thousand miles on it but maybe I am thinking a new ac clutch is need and the old one is shot throwing the whole engine or belt system out of balance .

yes and i cleaned the mas air flow sensor a long time ago replaced the plugs and wires

has anyone ever heard of replacing the balance shafts ? it seems like the engine is loping slightly once every third revolution or so
