    thread clean up

    does any1 know what size die i would need to purchase to clean up the threads on the axle for a 2000 4cyl front drivers side axle. the threads are a bit out of whack and they wont allow the hub nut to start. if i can get a die it would save me a whole lot of money. if no1 knows, maybe sum1 could walk me through how i would meaure it exactly so i know what size i would need. thanx!

    why dont you try taking the axle nut to a tool shop, have them measure it for you and then buy the right die from them.
