    They weren't my first choice since I wanted the 3rd gen but for $79 cant beat the price

    I got vista when I bought my PC last summer and it tool me a while to get used to it and I'm ok with it so far

    I got the vista 64-bit on this cuz I wanna maximize my memory on to the 4gb limit since I got the amd TL-64 gold edition and I upgraded the graphic card to have the HDMI port on it and a tv tuner will be coming in as well

    yeah I will, I have to load up so many programs on it since it has nothing on it, its gonna take me few days to get everything where I want it to be

    I need to get a case for the HD from the old laptop so I can extract everything out of it

    im on that same laptop now, ive never had any probs with vista. i LOVE the laptop, its so light

    when i bought mine last year for my birthday, it was $1000 onsale for $750 but still came out to around $1000 after the 2 year insurance deals and stuff like that, plus my wireless router

    i love it. i need to learn how to use the light scribe tho, i have the AMD also, dont know much more about it other then that lol (i know that from the sticker still on it...)
