    Rear garnish won't come off

I believe its the right screw if you're looking at the trunk, it spins in place instead of backing out. Can't seem to get anything behind it to press on the screw itself because I believe there's a white plastic housing around the screw. Any ideas? Anyone break that plastic off in the past ?
