Dohc Head Swap question???

I wanted to know what else to I need to make this swap complete. One of my buddies in another forum is gonna help me swap the dohc head from his 2G eclipse. I was wondering what other things do I need. I know that my stock ecu would not work is that correct? So my plan was to get an eprom ecu from a turbo 2G eclipse. Oh yeah and the speedometer would need to be change too right? But yeah what else do I need to get to complete this swap. Not planning to turbo it.

cause I don't want to and I can get one cheaper. Don't really wanna drive down there too. But we shall see got a tight budget.
