Squeal when wet or humid

My Galant has started to have a squeal from the serpentine belt or one of the accessories it drives. It happens when it is wet out or very humid. Is this likely just the belt or could it be an accessory like the alternator or power steering pump or water pump? The squeal goes away after 30 seconds to a minute. Sometime it comes back if I go through a puddle.

Need to go and tighten it a little, that should make it go away.
