Here's mine after spending a day and a half installing new speakers, wiring and a new amp.

I'm sad, my interior has faded somewhat due to the f'n sun and the fact it seems like the fabric wasn't as good as once toted by the manufacturer.... I'm hopefully getting it redone for free though :) or minimal cost at least.

Well I have mine run into the glove compartment, so when I'm not using it I just put it in the glove compartment so you can't see it, it's only visible when it's in use.

But good idea, I actually thought about doing that.

You cant control your ipod from the head unit?

Yea I can, why? I just didn't wanna drill a hole in the center console piece, that's why I ran it through the radio. It's kinda annoying using the head unit though, looking for a specific song through thousands.

O my bad I was just askin because with mine i cant control it straight off the ipod when its plugged in.

Yea that's a good idea too, but but last time I used an AUX it would cut out or not work properly, but then again I haven't tried with this new head unit. I'll try that

Thats not even funny man, look for some old pics, up until coming out of the body shop I was rockin a factory tape deck, not even a CD player. The parts car at the body shop had a CD player and I was like WTF why not swap it.

The only reason I havent done the sound system yet is im soo focused on listening to the car while driving to make sure all is well. Once I work out all the little bugs and noises I am going to put a nice sound system in the car.
