    Ruff Racing 278's

    I'm looking into getting some Ruff Racing 278 rims for my 8g, does anyone have pics of them on a galant so i can see how they might look. Also i would like some opinions i'm not too sure if i want the black w/chrome lip or all chrome one's, what do ya'll think??

    what size were u thinking of getting? what color is your car?

    The g is pearl white and i was thinking 19's

    sorry took so long to research. looks like the closest 19" they have is 19x8.5 +42mm. tires would be 225/35r19. if you are dropped deep (more than 1.5") it will be a very tight fit especially in the rear. you will have to roll your rear fenders especially if you are camber corrected in the rear.

    for reference i am dropped on fully matched coilovers around 2.75"-3", camber corrected at all four wheels on 19x8.5 +48mm w/ 235/35zr19 and i have less than a pinky finger clearance at all four corners... my rear fender lips are not just rolled or folded, they are cut out.

    How much did you take off when you cut the rear? that looks pretty good..

    at the top to the sides of the fender lip the wheel shop used a cutter wheel and left maybe only about 1/4-1/2".

    Reelax has probably the best fitting wheels Ive ever seen on an 8g.
    7g for life!
