No remote control function and power locks

Thanks for the ideas on my last thread. I have an idea on what could be wrong with my early morning cold start problem.

Today, first my remote control failed to unlock my doors. I have to manually open it, then start the car. When I got home, I tried to lock the car using the power lock and it did not work. Also I noticed that the radio lost all my pre-set stations. Any ideas? Thanks
