    2000 engine in a 1998?

Okay, I've got a 1998 Galant that needs a new engine. Saw a good deal on a Galant engine bu it's for a 2000. They're both 2.4 Liter. Excuse my ignorance but how much work would it be to put that engine in?[/FONT]

If you have a USDM Galant, the 2.4 L engines are reversed in placement in the engine bay, so to my understanding, you would have to have custom motormounts and transmission to hook up correctly.
