Seat belt help

I had some free time to install my black seat belt, but I ran into a problem I cant get the belt to pull out from the assembly. This is for the rear, I've been trying all day and couldnt get it to move. Is there anyway to pull it out without having to take it apart?

any have slack seatbelts, both my front seat bealts dont retract very well or at all sometime when u take em off

try pushing it in if possible and then pulling it

if these are 3g black seatbelts you will have to take them apart though the brackets between the 2 for the rear are different a
