    Stunr is right, most just don't care enough for the hood...I personally don't to be honest :( . My priorities are 100% on my DOHC setup atm and dropping 600 for a lighter hood seems really extra atm. Sorry to hear your setup hasn't sold yet stunr.

    It's a lot easier to modify and build a car that has more market support. 7g's just don't have the hype that other cars do. it was bad enough with Civics, now Scions too...

    thats alot of coin to drop on a hood. hoods are last priority. and the oem style is the best in my opinion

    agreed. I would rather spend my money on my motor then on a hood. And Like stuner said my paint is horrible i would be better off in the long run to take that 600 bucks and put it into my paint and body work.

    Plus im planing on getting a build going soon. Just have to piece some more stuff together and ill be under way.

    hey guys im trying to make a design for a cf hood for our 7th gen galant ill try to post some pics soon...
    i just did it in photoshop i'm planning to get one but like what yall have said it is hard to find.
    there is a shop here that could make carbon fiber stuff and they have done a few 7th gen hoods.

    any suggestions on what kind of vent you guys want for the hood?

    WOW, i havnt logged into tgc in YEARS!!!!!! but i saw you guys talking about 7g being a dying breed........why don't you just give them a pic my my car for the evo hood, i loved it, but i got into a front end collission, and didnt want invest the time into making it again, and i sold my car like 4 years ago, but im going to get another 7g soon and finishes whay i started......

    dam soltero, It really has been a while :) Your car was a big influence in what I wanted to do with my 7g.. Glad to see your still around and you will be doing something with the 7g again...
