Factory Alarm & Keyless Entry

Where is the box for the factory alarm and keyless entry? I want to figure out what all the wires do because I want to see how I can tap into the lock/unlock wires that were made for the car.

I know some of you guys have completely taken out all the wiring from ur g's and I was just pondering the idea. This would also allow me to use the factory alarm...

Functionality.

My keyless remote makes my car think I am toggling the lock switch on the driver's door. It works fine, but if the door is open and I lock the car and shut it, the alarm is enabled, and the only way for me to disable it is to unlock the door with the key. This is a pain. I want it to be enabled when I lock the car regardless of whether or not the door is open, and I want it to be disabled when I unlock the car.

I either want to disable the factory alarm completely and implement the one that is included with my new keyless system, or I want to use the factory alarm with my new keyless system.
