You have to get under the car to do it.. Pretty sure you have to take a cover off protecting it (splash guard). Loosen one of the tensioners, and I beleive it just unbolts.. Not sure about the size of the nut though..

    just 4 12mm bolts.

slightly loosen the 4 crank pulley bolts first(with the belts still on)
    then:
    loosen the a/c belt tensioner
    loosen the alternator belt tensioner...

take off the two belts, remove the bolts from the pulley, remove the pulley

    reverse the proccess. done.

I'd reccomend picking up a few new belts while you are at it.

No tool, just take off the a/c belt, alt belt, 4 12mm bolts holding the balancer pulley to the crank, it should slide right off.

Why are you replacing it? Is there ever a need for it to be replaced?

When they fail it's horrible, all my belts kept slipping and I didn't know why, I was getting tired of replacing my alt belt every week because when it slipped, my motor chewed it up. The harmonic balancer was the culprit, new balancer, no more problems!

Your not supposed to remove the center bolt, that is for your crank timing gear for the t-belt. You only have to remove the 4 12mm bolts. Not really a problem though as long as you tightened the center bolt back properly.
