Find out what the exact mileage is, and show us some pics, and then we can tell you a price, good luck with this one.
I am considering adding another 7G to my collection. I have my eye on a white GS. I don't know the miles yet, but I know it is probably over 100K and they are asking $1700.00 What would be the best rock bottom price to counter offer?

Depends on condition and how it runs. If the body is in good condition and it is mechanically sound, $1700 wouldnt be a bad deal at all.
7g for life!
See the car in person if possible and drive the car yourself. Things I would check or ask the current owner.
-Leaks (oil, coolant, transmission, ...anything that has fluid)
-Rust in the undercarriage and fender wells
-Electrical components (Power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof, etc etc)
-Engine operation (noises, acceleration, operation when all accesories are on such as lights, A/C, etc etc)
-Inspect drivetrain (transmission shifts, noise, CV axles, hubs for noise)
-INspect suspension (worn bushings, cracks, rust, etc etc)
-Power steering
-brakes
-See if owner has proof of services like timing belt, flushes, brakes, etc etc.
Its a 14 year old car...soo check for those things. If you feel the car requires minor work which you can tackle, the asking price is good..but I would shoot for $1500 and go from there.

what he said, and 1500 isn't bad!
