    Yeah it's not hard to replace, just have to take the door panel out, and there are two nuts if I remember right on the inside of the door and two nuts on the door frame that attaches it. Was done in about 20 minutes or so if you can align them right. But it wears off easily again as we use that door the most.

    Actually the new one does have a bit of rigidity at every inch, it will work just like your back doors if you haven't used them as much. My back doors stop on every inch as well.
