After you take off the trim, does the head unit/cd player just pull right out? it seems kinda tight and i dont wanna pull it out if something is holding it in...any help?

there might be a screw holding it to the dash which would be all the way behind it...you'd need a long philips

the trim aroung the middle is just a pop in just use a flathead screwdriver & VERY carefully pop it up

Yea the radio bezel, you just stick both hands in that bottom cubby hole, push down and pull towards you.to get the radio out, There should be a screw just under, behind, and on the left side of the ac controls.

there are four screws that hold the a/c controls right in front, and there is one (shit i dont remember, maybe two) screw(s) that hold the headunit in.

If you post stupid and incorrect information, you will get red nuggets.

If you remove the radio screw, it is STRONGLY advisable to use a magnetic screwdriver and CAREFULLY remove the screw so that it doesn't fall into the dash. I had that happen to me and it's a bitch to recover that screw when it happens.

yeah just drop your a/c controls down and it'll make it a lot easier to get the old radio out and put the new one in.

This is one thing i miss about my 7G. The radio was easier to get to and remove.
