Questions about shocks

Quick questions, how do you know if the stock shock is need to be change? I'm riding on my stock shock with my cars dropped. i know i have to change it sooner or later, but again how do u know if the stock one is blown? Thanks

push donw on the suspected corner, and if the car easily bounes up and down, it's blown...

you can visually check for oil leakage as well...
