    Rust on Camshaft Lobes

Heres my problem some of the lobes on the intake side of the head have quite a bit of surface rust on them. Can someone request a good cleaning agents that I should or should I just replace them. This is a N/A 4G63 head.

I would replace them, a good used set should be fairly cheap. There is really no right way to clean off rust that bad, if it was just a little bit of surface rust, you use a scotchbrite pad (steel wool) and your done, but I wouldnt put those back in my motor.
