I have stock springs and struts fully assembled if u want them we can work something out I'm not asking for alot for them so PM if u r interested
Recently, i installed the tokico spring and strut combo. The handling is great. It drop the car about 1.5 to 1.75 inches. i want those inches back now. I live i the country where there is constant stuff in the road. Stuff consisting of road kill and dips in the road. I wish i got those coilovers now. My dilemma is i threw away the stock springs like a dumbass. Can i get a 2-2.75inch coil spring spacer to lift the car until my funds are correct for the coilovers i want? I was looking at truck coil spring spacers. i think they might work but i need to find out the dimension of the spacer and of my coils so i can get a proper match. If anybody has input please help. I dont want to put a brush guard in front of the car like Mad Max.
Im trying to link pictures but i am having problems reducing size of images.

2" spacers sound dangerous all by themselves, but having 2" spacers on springs with a stiff rate is definitely not. assuming your dimensions are accurate, -1.5" + 2" + a bouncy-ish car that's higher than stock = isn't good. do it right and get stock springs thrown back in there....or actual coilovers, not ebay crap.
After i got my 20s i rubbed a little bit with my Eibach drop. I went down to autozone and got some rubber spacers.
The ones i got for the front look like big rubber doughnuts that slip in towards the top of the spring.
The ones i got for that back look like little rubber blocks that you slip in between the coils.
All you have to do is jack the car up so the spring spreads out and then install them.
But they will give you NOWHERE NEAR 2'' of clearance. More like 1/2 an inch at most.
Need some paint or bodywork done in Chicagoland or NW Indiana???.. http://www.alsautobodyexperts.com/
yeah the highest i've ever heard is 1/2"
This may work http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/MRG1287-X2.htm they fit between the coils but i have never tried it.
I used those once and it made my ride very stiff, like a go-kart.
Hey I am preparing my galant for Death Race (this and my previous post were both loaded with SARCASM).
