    starter..distributor????

    ok so i have a 1995 galant 5spd and its happend 2 times now where i push in the clutch and goto start it and it starts firing up then just stops and makes this whinning noise, then i turn the key off and try again and it fires no problem..... i figure its ethier the starter or maybe the distributor....any idea????
