For what it is worth, I also have a 5-speed swap, and I also documented the whole thing on my website. Mine is a 2000 4 cylinder, so I can't be of much help with the ECU stuff. Good Luck!

Even though I have an o2 I'm still pumped to do the swap. It sucks about the CEL but theres no way I'm not doing it.
