GTZ suspension and rear sway bar on an 4 cyl ES.

Hello everyone, I am new here and new at this. I have been reading most of the posts in here and wondering what to do with my 2002 Mitsu Galant ES 4 cyl. I really want to get better handling on it and I know that I will move to 17" aftermarket wheels, but I was wondering about the suspension. I have been looking at different struts and coilovers, but I was wondering if the stock GTZ suspension and rear anti sway bar will work in a 4 cyl ES. IF the GTZ aleady handles pretty well stock and its suspension is put on a vehicle with less weight ..... I wonder .... .... considering the components should fit easily, this shouldn't a tricky swap. So has anyone here done this and if so .... how is it .... If anything, this would be the way I am going to go .... Another side note question is this: Does anyone know if the 2.4 L engine in the Chrysler PT Cruiser turbo is a Mitsu engine with a turbo and if so, does anyone know if the turbo wil l work on a 2.4 L Galant engine? Really the GTZ suspension question is what I really care about .... but the latter is a good thing to know too. Thanks!

the gtz suspension will fit ur car but tehre isn't that much to rave about. its just like "horray" and thats about it. and condisdering the price for these parts at the dealer, u can get better aftermarket parts at a comprable price.

as for the PT cruiser motor, the 2.4L is a different motor.

The GTZ suspension is OK. I would recommend you get the chassis stiffening kit from Dr. Design. Search the vendor forum for it. It's getting rave reviews.

I wouldn't get the GTZ's suspension...get real aftermarket suspension parts. The "sport-tuned" GTZ's lateral grip is .78, same as an Accord EX.

wutchu talkin about chip? my car is lighter than urs. i don't have them tweeters or that center channal speaker or even an amp. i got the bone stock base model esv6. no sunroof no side airbaghs, no traction control. yea i know my wheels are hella heavy but thats not gonna make my car sit lower than urs...

and i don't even have a stero system either...

and if ur talking about the touring wing, well u shoulda seen me on 295 today. that thing was pushing the shit on the rear end of my car...

OoooOO i got u. its the ladies...i noticed that too. i was rolling around with the ladies and i got out the car to get gas and im like "so thats how my car would look empty when it was dropped"
