You're going to love having an lsd. The drivetrain improvement it makes is 2nd to none.

Dohc valve covers are harder to paint. Doing the wrinkle camo on my evo valve cover took twice as long to get the wrinkle to show up how I wanted in the coil pack "valley"
Clearance looks ok to me. Your manifold pushes forward more than mine but not much more.

If you have clearence for a full rad you should go with one. Looks like your going down the path of track day car
with this build and cooling maybe a problem with the half rad

Im gonna be really honest, for now, I am building the car to be a monster on the street. I will eventually track her once I get all the kinks worked out as far as cooling and such. But I am extremely looking forward to driving it on the street.

its a cheap ebay tubular. not too bad but definitely going to make a bracket to hold the turbo up this time around

Yeah it was a pain to get the wrinkle to do its thing. I actually sprayed it 3 days in a row to get the effect that it got.

Well tubulars tend to crack if you just let the turbo hang off of it (this is what happened to my last tubular). So you make a bracket that will hold the turbo up from the bottom and it relieves the stress off of the welds on the manifold

Or reinforce the exsisting welds. And my half rad is just fine and it's only a two row. In the dead of summer in a 10-15 minute standstill it did go up temp wise to 3/4. The beauty about aluminum is that it disperses heat very quickly. Drive 30 seconds and the temp dropped below 1/4 which is normal.

A non branded rad from ebay. The seller has been used by many evo folk for a budget half rad setup though.
