2 years ago when I bought my front end the entire bumper was $370 with the fogs. Now that set-up runs around $400-500. Sounds like a good deal to me though. Could go a bit lower.

Probably pick a few of them up, wouldnt call them rare though, maybe in the US but not where VR4s are plenty
