Wheel has a hairline crack

7g (96) A4 one of the wheels has a crack in it and is leaking air. Need a replacement, most places I check only seem to have steel wheels. Currently car has the dual 4 spoke alloys on it (4 lugs). Anyone know if the steel wheel can be substituted for the alloy? 15" wheel

Looks like the wheel had been welded in the past for other cracks so I don't particularly want to go down that route.

Of course, lol... I called multiple, only one has the steel wheels, wondering if that can be used or not.

u can substitute a steel wheel if u want. it won't match.

u can go with a used wheel too but i would make sure that it is in good condition prior to purchasing it.
