Hey fellas, I'm a Diamante owner looking to do a custom coilover suspension on my car and I'm gonna use either a galant or 3kgt parts base.
Schematically I've looked at pics n drawings of the front struts n rear shocks on a Galant and they're damn similar to the Diamante. If theres anyone out there who's lowered and still has their stock springs lying around, I would REALLY, REALLY appreciate if you could grab me the following measurements on your factory springs. I've tried the internet, dealerships n everything else I could think off, but I figure I'll give this a shot. Thanks in advance for the help - Anish

(And there are no coilovers available for Diamantes... I have checked exhaustively)

i dont think the stock spring dimensions would really matter if you are going with adjustable springs (coilover sleeves) since kits like gorund control and skunk2 use springs much smaller than the factory ones.

greddy... thanks bro
pinoyesv6... I figured the same, I just wanted to try to get more of a feel as to whether galant or 3kgt springs would be a better option to try. I think I'm gonna end up tryin out the ground-control kit for the 3kgt and see how that goes.
