7G Rpm Readings

Could someone please tell me what Rpm should I be at when I am in OD cruising down the freeway at 70mph? How many rpms and what speed should I be going before the car shifts from 1st to 2nd? The reason I ask, is because I've never had my 7G from new. I don't know how it is supposed to react under normal conditions.

mine cruises at around 3000 at 70mph...the shifting from 1st to 2nd depends on how hard you get on the gas.

its gear ratio. it won't change no matter how bad your car is running or your transmission is functioning.
the only thing you can do to change it is install a wheel tire set with a larger or smaller circumference.
