    3g Seats + Montero Sports Headrest = Uber-WIN!

Since some people don't appreciate to think outside the box, next time when I think of some thing for the community I'll decide to keep it within myself and only myself.

    Have a nice day

    Peter

You are not being decieved. What you see here is the real thing. One of my crew member had this on his 3g for years but I just noticed it now. Basically, it's the black leather head rest from a later model Montero Sport. It's a direct fit so no mod is neccesary. Just another mod for thinking outside the box. :)

My idea, my car. Don't like it, don't put it on. It's that simple. BTW, I was talking about about headrest, but some of you think it's for the harness. I don't care what you see it, it's my car and I will do whatever I want to it (not the harness, but the headrest).

That sounded harsh right? BTW I'm doing a lip kit fitment reseearch for the 9.5G today, but since some of y'all don't like my research, I'll keep my findings, and other discoveries to myself. :)

Whoa now! Calm down G-Spot! Please dont stop sharing your info and findings with the rest of the TGC community. For the few years ive been here, youve def shared some awesome ideas and findings with us. I dont think anyone here meant to insult you. They prolly just misunderstood your idea.

Anyhow, thats def an interesting mod. Those headrests look much more comfortable than the OE garbage.

wow, i am all for thinking outside of the box, but when you think outside of the box you need to make sure someone stays alive if there is a accident, with the idea you posted of putting the harness through the hole of the headrest is thinking way outside of the box and not thinking about someones safety.

I think the head rest looks nice. I wonder if they have it in gray so that it would match my current seat color.
