    Loud exhaust

So the exhaust is loud and the reason is obvious. My question is can I weld a new flex pipe in or do I have to replace the whole pipe.

just go to an exhaust shop and get it fixed bro. should be a cheap cut and weld fix. Shit, if it was me I'd just put a new exhaust system in it.

The one shop I took it to quoted me 150 without seeing it then insisted the whole pipe be replaced and quoted 394 just for the pipe... I told them where they could stick it...

Yes...you aren't getting any backpressure and the motor will be sluggish and will effect MPG.

You can buy just a new flex section and any good exhaust shop can weld it.

Sounds like a good time to replace the entire exhaust system!
