    4g64 SOHC forged pistons?

Anyone know of a manufacturer that makes them? I have googled it, and all I can come up with is 4g64 w/ 4g63 head. Anyong know if these will work with the sohc head?

I am trying to be a little different and skip the DOHC swap, but build the lower end. I have already done the 2g ecu swap, and am running distributorless with a COP setup.

Could have sworn Wiseco has a custom set. Give them an email.

I know the combustion chambers are the same size between heads so theoretically they "should" work. You can get wiseco to custom make you a set of pistons though for roughly the same price so I would recommend going with that.

I know the chambers are the same size. I was more worried about the valve reliefs in the pistons. I didn't know if there would be any clearance issues there.

Yeah not too sure about that, there is probably more valve lift in the DOHC head so i would think it wouldn't be an issue but you're pretty much gonna be the first person to do this so i dunno what to tell you.

you can use the wiseco pistons 4g64 with 4g63 head right?
I've those in my 4g64 and they look almost the same as the stock 4g64 ones
The four groove on the wiseco pistons are deeper then the 4g64 stock ones
