    WORKS Springs/Sway Bar

I recently picked up my 9G Galant and I was looking to tighten up the handling. I saw that WORKS offers a package that includes lowering springs and an adjustable rear sway bar. They are having a massive sale on it right now (20% off) so I was thinking about picking them up, but I wanted to see if anyone here has used this combination.

If so how does it ride and perform?

Sounds like a really good deal but I would like some feedback first.

These springs/bar seem to get a really decent rating, anybody happen to know any dealers that sell them up here in Canada-land?

So if we get the sway bar do we need to replace struts/shocks?

Sorry to resurrect this topic, but i plan on purchasing this and i was just inquiring to the bumpstops. Anyone know why its only for 6 cyls? whats the purpose of the bumpstops? i can get a general idea from the name but i was hoping for more than assumptions(especially my own).

The bumpstops are like a "Last line" of defense... they're little bits that sit on the shock, and when it gets really low in the travel it hits the "bump stops" before bottoming out.

I believe people remove them so the suspension has more room to travel and work. However, you have a better chance of damaging your suspension in big holes.

For me, I'll get them with bumpstops because I live in a place with lots of pot holes. If everywhere you drive is pretty smooth then get them with out bumpstops, it might help your handling a bit.

I don't know if you know much about motocross, but we use them on our rear shocks, they look like little round rubber things, usually orange.. and when we case the bike it help alleviate some of the pressure from the landing, keeping our rear shock from literally blowing out the side or bending a rim.

    Hope that helps!

    That does help! thank you!

Now how about WORKS only supporting bumpstops for the v6?

i have the 4cyl. I have a big feeling the suspension arent different and should support it on my 4 cyl too.

Anyone with experience of putting the bumpstops on the 4 cyl?
