Yeah, be sure to check with your local laws before you end up getting a ticket. I had blue bulbs in my car and got pulled over. The cop told me the only colors that are legal are white or amber.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(GalantGirl)</div><div class='quotemain'>That's interesting! *lol* My husband failed to tell me that they might be illegal! I can always count on him. Â* Â*

So let's say they are legal....what's the worst they can do? Give you a ticket? *lol* Â*I wonder how much it would be?

Here in Indiana 20% tint is also illegal...but I have it on my windows and the car before this one and never got pulled over. Â*

Thanks for the advice guys! I will definitely check it out!! It's a good thing I can count on you.....because I can't count on my husband!! *lol* </div>

    Ok Im curious now
Why use green bulbs in the first place
Lights are used to see and be seen not to confuse people in looking at something that is not normal
    possible making them panic
Yes use at a car show but not on roads

Yea, I'd check to make sure they are not illegal in your state. In GA I was told by the police (after being pulled over for blue lights) that anything but red and blue would fly. It may vary according to your state and the emergency vehicle code.

Good Luck... if you kept receipt you can take back. I did and told them they may want to give people a heads up before selling in the store.

What I can never understand is, why do people replace their stock bulbs with the "blue" bulbs? This may get you a look similar to HID, but the bulbs are actually not any brighter than stock, and most are quite a bit worse. I'd rather have bright headlights than dim blue ones.

You've probably already seen this site, but for those who haven't, it has some good info.
