floored car and died

Aight here it tis I just floored my car and all a sudden, it made a little noise and it just died I tried to start it over and over. but it would just turn over then my bro comes hittin all the electronics (distributor alternater etc. etc.) and it just started back up fine anyone know what could have killed it.

did u check to see if your belts are intact? i did the same thing one year on the highway racing, the result>>>>torn timing belt and 12 bent valves. That was a 1200 dollar job i will never forget. Live and learn i guess.

Moral of the story...............Check your belts.

ye that sucks. But if that happened to him I dont think his car would have just started right up
