Opinions about license plate frames

Hey guys, I've been looking for a license plate frame, It kind of bothers me not having one. So I've found these on ebay:

I want a chrome frame, but I really like the GALANT letters on the black one, I haven't found a chrome one with GALANT.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Pretty sure the dealer has a chrome one that says Galant on it..

If not, I would go with the second one..

Oh so just call up a local Mitsu dealer?

Both look nice, if you're going to have other chrome on the car, I'd go with the second one, if not, then the first one, and yes, just call the local mitsu dealer, I know the one I have around here has them.

i went the opposite route (no writing). i have a polished frame (matching the trunk garnish and my exhaust tips) and have removed the rear galant badge, trim badge and mitsubishi badge. all that's left is the red triple diamond in the middle. it looks much cleaner without all the writing back there.

Yeah I bought the first one from the dealer here for 25 bucks. It has quite a nice finish. And yeah now the name is there twice on the back of the car.

Yeah I personally like the first one from the dealer...but I must say it would look tacky unless you debadge the galant lettering from the back of the car, you can in fact have the model of your car depicted too many times :)
