need help for my 2009 project "swap 5speed transmission"

i have been checking all the tutorials about it this process for a long time and i said ok my first step will be look for the 5 speed transmission and it was pretty hard to find it untill i find this web but i got confused because i saw a tutorial where they used a 5speed transmission from a gts so thats mean v6 and my is i4 so i dnt know which of those option do i have to get:

if you have an I4 then you want this one
and where is this tutorial where they used a GTS transmission? I've only seen the I4 tutorial on here done by Goosey

I dont know what tutorial you were reading, you cant use a v6 trans on an i4.

And what does Tis-R stand for? lol

im still looking for that tutorial that i have seen b4 but i cnt find it or maybe i was wrong anyway thanks guy...!!!! and tis-r is kind of a small car team that we have with my friends just for fun...!!!

v6 is fr the v6 i4 for the i4

goseys tutorial is basically for both only a few small differences between the v6

I also did the 8G 5 speed swap and a whole write up on it with pictures. It may provide some guidance along with all the others.
