    Machining Forged Pistons?

I got a line on some cheap 6 bolt 2.4l wiseco pistons.

Can I have the pin bore on the 1g wiseco's machined 1mm to fit the 22mm pin? If so, is there anything else i need to do to the rod since the pins are full float?

If not, Roughly how much would it cost to have the big end of 1g big rods machined to fit the 7bolt crank? And if machined, which bearings do i use now.....I would assume 7 bolt right?

yeah, you would use 7bolt bearings. when i was rebuilding my other 4g64 block, the machine shop guy quoted me about a hundred bucks to machine all the big end of my 1g big rods to fit onto the 7bolt 4g64 crank. but keep in mind he was boring out my cylinders and doing other work, i was basically ordering/building a shortblock. if that's all you had done it might cost more cause you're not spending a grand on a major engine build
