Odometer/Radio problems

Odometer Trip A/Trip B mileage resets periodically on startup at the same time as my radio presets. No fuses are blown, and everything is stock, haven't touched a thing. Also, headlights no longer stay 'off' when turning the car off, have to manually shut them down. They turn back on after a period of being off after car is stopped and drain the battery.

The weird thing is , it'll go a month before resetting as well. Or longer in some cases. Can't quite place it, maybe a bad relay?

Also, I replaced an O2 Sensor back in July, but I still get the error code after having it deleted from memory several times. Sensor 2 , PO141 was the error.
